Haley receives offer sheet from Redskins
Ashburn, VA (Sports Network) - Defensive tackle Jermaine Haley received an
offer sheet from the Washington Redskins on Friday.
Miami, Haley's current team, has seven days to match Washington's offer to the
restricted free agent or accept compensation.
Haley, a reserve defensive tackle, played in all 16 games for the Dolphins in
2002. He posted 37 tackles and picked off one pass during the season, his
third with Miami.
