Lee "Hacksaw" Hamilton": Lee Hamilton, in his 17th year at XTRA-690-ll50, the longest tenure of any sportstalk show host in Southern California radio history….was named Talk show host of the Year by the Southern California Sports Broadcasters …..spent l3 years as voice of the San Diego Chargers and Seattle Seahawks…and spent l0-years doing pac-10 broadcasts of USC Trojans , Arizona State and San Diego State football… His play by play work has been featured by NFL-Films, ABC Monday Night Football and CBS-TV, and his work is part of a display at the Pro Footblal Hall of Fame in Canton, Ohio. He came from a sports and journalism background….his father was a pitcher in the Philadelphia Athletics farm system, and his uncle was a beat writer who covered the Brooklyn Dodgers and was first President of the Baseball Writers Association of America. Came to XTRA after 7 years at KTAR in Phoenix, where built his legend as a sportstalk show host and did Arizona State football and minor league baseball.. Spent 7-years at 3WE Radio in Cleveland, where he was voice of the WHA-Cleveland Crusaders hockey team and hosted a sports talk show.....He is originally from Long Island and has a degree in Broadcasting and Journalism from Ohio University......He loves to Read Sports books, is big into History and the History Channel
